Hello kind humans,

My name is Brodie, and I’m a 1-year-old gentle soul with a big heart, a shy streak, and a deep love for fellow felines. You may have heard of me-I’m one of the 83 cats who arrived here together, all hoping to find a warm, loving home to call our own.

When I first arrived, I wasn’t feeling too great. I had something called a URI (Upper Respiratory Infection), and while I’m much better now, I still have a few sniffles. It’s possible this might flare up from time to time, and I might even be contagious-so it’s something to think about if you already have cats at home.

But speaking of cats… I adore them. Truly. Having feline friends around makes me feel safe, calm, and even a little braver. I thrive in the company of other cats and would love a home with a resident kitty (or two!) to snuggle with and show me the ropes. If you have a friendly cat looking for a companion, I might be exactly who they’ve been waiting for.

Because I had to spend time in isolation when I arrived (yep, quarantine life), it took me a little longer to adjust. Being sick and getting lots of medicine didn’t help me feel super trusting of humans. I’m still learning to be brave around people, but I want to trust-I really do. I just need someone who’s patient and gentle, who understands that love sometimes takes a little time.

I’m a looker too, if I may say so myself-and I’m available to meet Tuesday through Saturday, 1-4 pm. You can also fill out an application online if that’s easier.
