Meet Honey Bee
Sweet like Honeybee <3 Who needs some extra sweetness to add to their family? Honeybee might just be the girl for you! She is full life, curiosity and love and ready for a family to shower her with affection. Honeybee is currently in a foster home with her sister Booboo and although they love each other and could happily carry on living together, there can sometimes be some sibling rivalry for attention, toys and food and so we believe that Honeybee may enjoy being the one and only Queen Bee of her new house (although a dog savvy cat may be allowed to live alongside her). If she could, Honeybee would climb into your pocket and go with you everywhere, every minute of every day! (especially up and down stairs because they can be tricky with such little legs and a long body). When Honeybee feels lonely she isn't afraid to vocalize her feelings, so she would ideally prefer a home where her family can be around most of the time or where she can tag along for the adventure.
They say "you can't teach an old dog new tricks" but Honeybee wants to prove that wrong! With plenty of patience, a quiet environment (and maybe the odd wiener or two), Honeybee is learning how to "sit", "stay" and walk on a leash. She's also trying really hard with her potty training and will use her pee-pads.
Honeybee is spayed, microchipped and up to date on all her vaccines, deworming and flea and tick treatment but is still awaiting some dental surgery at the end of May which will be covered by the SPCA.
