Phoebe absolutely adores people and thrives on attention. She’s the kind of cat who will happily soak up all the love you’re willing to give-whether that’s following you around the house, or leaning in for extra pets. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who truly bonds with her humans, Phoebe is your girl.
While she loves people, Phoebe isn’t too keen on other cats and would do best as the only feline in the home. She prefers having her space (and her humans!) all to herself.
Phoebe does have some special dietary needs. She is allergic to chicken and has experienced urinary crystals in the past, so she must remain on her prescribed specialty diet for life. Her adopter must be fully committed to maintaining this diet to keep her happy and healthy. With proper nutrition and care, she can continue to thrive.
Phoebe is looking for a dedicated, loving home that understands her needs and is ready to spoil her with attention. In return, she promises endless affection and companionship.

Do you think you could be Phoebe’s person? Here is how to find out:
1.) Visit our centre to meet this pet during adoption viewings Friday to Wednesday noon to 3pm, learn more about their ideal match, and apply to adopt in person; or
2.)Submit an online application adopt.spca.bc.ca and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit! Kindly note that due to the high number of applications and the availability of walk-in adoptions an online applicant would have to be available to come in for a meet within 24 hrs.
