Meet Kaikoura
Meet Kaikoura!
Kaikoura was transferred to our Branch earlier this week, and we’re still getting to know this striking young kitty.
Kaikoura came to us with her unique name, and we finally found out today that it’s the Maori word for Crayfish!!
Sweet Kaikoura seems quite interested with her fellow feline roommates, and may do well with another cat in her adoptive home, with proper intros.
We’ll update Miss Koura’s bio as we get to know her better!
If interested in adopting Kaikoura, please follow the steps below:
1. View the animal’s profile at adopt.spca.bc.ca
2. Submit an application – https://spca.bc.ca/adoption/application-forms/
3. If it’s a match, staff will contact you to set up an appointment for a meet & greet.
4. Live happily fur-ever after!
*Side note: the more you add to your application about you and what you are looking for in a feline companion, the better we can match animals with adopters!
PLEASE NOTE: This cat is located on the Sunshine Coast and travel via BC Ferries is required to adopt. Appointments are preferred to adopt one of our animals. Please speak with shelter staff prior to visiting our branch.
