Meet Urchin

Add to favourites

Meet Urchin, he is a 5-month-old Lab mix, ready to give an ocean of love!

Urchin’s life started out in very rough waters; he arrived in poor health, very unsure of the world, hesitant of people, yet still eager to show affection and be loved. This special boy is still learning the ins and outs of how to be a dog, but he is patiently waiting for his future family to come to lead him the rest of the way!

Urchin has never lived in a home before, so he will need a patient guardian who can give him time to settle in, help build up his confidence, and guide him through new experiences. He would do best in a home that can match his budding enthusiasm while also understanding his softer side.

As far as we know, Urchin is a mix of several breeds, including Labrador Retriever. Labs are very intelligent, high-energy dogs that require a lot of training, stimulation, and exercise. Urchin is at the age where training and routine are critical, so he needs the consistency, patience and love of his new guardian to show him the ways of developing into a mature and fulfilled adult dog.

If you think Urchin could be a good fit for you, please fill out the application below.
