If you’ve ever dreamed of living with a cloud that purrs, stretches dramatically, and believes he is the rightful owner of your home Mr. Small Cat is ready to accept your application.
This magnificent, extra-floofy gentleman is a devoted one-cat show. He adores humans, but he prefers to be the only feline in his kingdom. Other cats? Absolutely NOT. But give him a quiet home, a soft bed, and a human who appreciates his luxurious coat, and he’ll reward you with slow blinks, gentle head bumps, and the kind of companionship that feels like a privilege.

The Victoria Center is open for in-person adoption viewings Tuesday through Sunday, 12pm to 4pm.
Kitten and puppy meet and greets are by application only. Some animals may not be viewable due to limited shelter space, medical and behavioral reasons, or other contributing factors.
Note that we receive a high volume of adoption inquiries each day, and may not be able to follow-up with every applicant.

Victoria Adoption Fees
*Fees vary by location and are subject to change without notice. Adoption fees are subject to PST (Provincial Sales Tax), which will be added at the time of adoption.
All BC SPCA cat/kitten/dog/puppy/rabbit adoptions include a microchip and lifetime registration with the BC Pet Registry.
Registration for lifetime protection is $45 for cats/kittens/dogs/puppies and $11.25 for rabbits, which will be added to the adoption fee. For more information please visit bcpetregistry.ca
