Meet Newt
Newt is an independent lady who prefers to take life at her own pace. Newt likes attention on her terms and when she is ready for love, she soaks it up! Shelter life has been overwhelming for her, and she’s ready to move on to a calmer environment where she can feel secure settle in and start her next chapter.
Newt comes from a colony group and is looking for an indoor-only home where she can feel secure. She may do well with a laid-back, social cat who respects her space, but she’d be just as happy being your one-and-only. A peaceful household without small children would be ideal for this sensitive girl.
Newt recently had a dental, so her teeth are squeaky clean and she’s feeling good. She’s happy to let her set the pace as she starts her next chapter!

*Fees vary by location and are subject to change without notice. Adoption fees are subject to PST (Provincial Sales Tax), which will be added at the time of adoption.
All BC SPCA cat/kitten/dog/puppy/rabbit adoptions include a microchip and lifetime registration with the BC Pet Registry.
Registration for lifetime protection is $45 for cats/kittens/dogs/puppies and $11.25 for rabbits, which will be added to the adoption fee. For more information please visit bcpetregistry.ca
