Meet Chaos! This giant lap dog is a 1 year old Argentinian Mastiff mix, searching for his forever home.

Chaos’ life so far has been a little… well, chaotic. This brave boy was hit by a truck and still hobbles on! Throughout the whole ordeal, he was patient, trusting, loving, and strong. He sustained several serious injuries, including a broken leg which has since been repaired and is now healing. Despite the traumatic experience, he is ready for his forever family to come take him home!

Chaos is a mix of breeds, predominantly Argentinian Mastiff, or Dogo Argentino. This breed is a pack-hunting dog, bred for the pursuit of big game, so expect a prey-drive! This breed is highly driven, intelligent, and powerful. Chaos is going to be restricted in terms of exercise for some time to come while his leg heals, so potential adopters must be prepared to keep him entertained, stimulated, and content during his healing period.

While he is recovering very well, Chaos has a ways to go before he can be a normal dog again. He will need dedicated rehabilitation and care to help his leg heal. Once he is back to his usual self, you can expect a bubbly, jumpy boy with zoomies to spare! He truly is a big love bug, and enjoys nothing more than cuddling up with someone he loves.

Because of his injuries, Chaos is not suitable to live in a home where he needs to navigate stairs for the foreseeable future. His ideal family would be adult pet guardians who have experience with injury recovery or are willing to educate themselves. Young kids would not be suitable for Chaos due to his injury, and his excitability when he is healthy.
