Meet Hope
Hope is a gentle and loving dog who is searching for a family that can give her the patience and understanding she deserves. She can be shy when meeting new people, taking a little time to feel comfortable, but once she does, her true personality shines through. Hope is the kind of companion who wants to be close to her people, often described as a “velcro dog” because of her devotion and loyalty.
She is looking for a home that is ready to support her through her anxiety using fear-free principles, helping her build confidence in a safe and positive way. Working with an Animalkind-certified trainer would be a wonderful step to help Hope feel secure and thrive in her new environment.
Hope’s ideal family will be patient and kind, willing to give her the time she needs to settle in. In return, she will offer unwavering love and companionship, becoming a cherished member of the household. With the right support, Hope is ready to blossom into the affectionate and devoted dog she was meant to be.
Hope is waiting for her spay surgery, so is currently only available for foster-to-adopt local to the South Okanagan area.
