Meet Lyra!

This gentle sweetheart is seeking a quiet, easy-going home where she can curl up next to you and snooze the day away. Lyra truly adores being near her humans! As such, a work-from-home, or retired lifestyle would suit her best. When she isn’t making biscuits or purring up a storm, you can usually find her curled up under her blanket.

Homes with older, animal-loving children (10+) are recommended. We aren’t certain how compatible Lyra is with dogs and other cats, though she seems perfectly content on her own provided there’s a human in the vicinity. Lyra is looking for an indoor only forever home.

Cat Pre-Adoption Questionnaire

The Victoria Center is open for in-person adoption viewings Tuesday through Sunday, 12pm to 4pm, staff and animal well-being permitting.

Some animals may not be viewable due to limited shelter space, medical and behavioral reasons, or other contributing factors. Kitten and puppy meet and greets are by application only. Phone inquires and emails regarding the status of your application cannot always be prioritized.
