Blue is a handsome boy with a gentle soul. He can be a little shy when meeting new people, but with time, patience, and a calm environment, he truly blossoms into a loving and affectionate companion. Once he feels comfortable, you’ll see his sweet and loyal personality shine through.
Blue would do best as the only pet in the home (he prefers to be the center of attention) but he has previously lived with children and could do well with respectful kids who understand how to give him space when he needs it.

Do you think you could be Blue’s person? Here are some ways to find out:
1.) Visit our centre to meet this pet during adoption viewings Friday to Wednesday noon to 3pm, learn more about their ideal match, and apply to adopt in person; or
2.) Submit an online application adopt.spca.bc.ca and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit! Kindly note that due to the high number of applications and the availability of walk-in adoptions an online applicant would have to be available to come in for a meet within 24 hrs.

Richmond Adoption Fees
*Fees vary by location and are subject to change without notice. Adoption fees are subject to PST (Provincial Sales Tax), which will be added at the time of adoption.
All BC SPCA cat/kitten/dog/puppy/rabbit adoptions include a microchip and lifetime registration with the BC Pet Registry.
Registration for lifetime protection is $45 for cats/kittens/dogs/puppies and $11.25 for rabbits, which will be added to the adoption fee. For more information please visit bcpetregistry.ca
