Dove has come such a long way since coming to us at the center. She was shut down, scared and avoided people. We were able to put Dove in an amazing foster home, and it took a little bit of time and patience, but Dove has become a much more confident and social girl. She gets the zoomies and plays with toys, and she snuggles with her foster person.
This was a cat that would cower out of sheer fear if you tried to touch her in the past. Dove has also made friends with the resident cat and life has gone from being pretty horrible to pretty wonderful.
Dove is looking for a quieter home to call her own and having another cat for a friend, would be a bonus.
