Talulah has had a challenging start in life and is now searching for a calm, loving home where she can finally feel safe. She grew up in a high-stress environment, which has left her fearful and cautious in many situations. Though she’s trying hard to trust people, it’s a slow and delicate process.

Talulah will now accept gently offered treats and a bit of soft petting, but walks are still too overwhelming for her. She will need a very quiet, stable home with patient and understanding guardians who are willing to let her come out of her shell at her own pace.

She finds comfort in the outdoors, so a securely fenced yard where she can relax and explore would be ideal. Tallulah is also very tidy and appears to be well house-trained.

She may do well with a calm, friendly dog companion, though we don’t know how she feels about cats. Due to her sensitive nature, she is not suited for a home with children.
