Meet Chewy!
This young, energetic dog is looking for a new adventure. His previous owner recently passed away unexpectedly and Chewy is excited for some new pawsibilities.
A few things we know about Chewy:
– He LOVES squeaky toys and tug toys.
– He will be an excellent walking or hiking buddy
– He really enjoys lakes, the ocean and all things water!
– Chewy plays well with other dogs
– Chewy watches TV and particularly enjoys the kids show, Bluey.
– He is house trained and has a head start in his basic training – he knows sit, stop, and lay down.
Chewy is very excitable and can be a bit jumpy. We are looking for adopters who will continue with Chewy’s training and help him grow into the sweet, confident boy we know he is.
If Chewy sounds like the dog for you, fill out an application or come down and meet him in person! Adoption hours are 12-3, Tuesday-Sunday (closed on Mondays).

*Fees vary by location and are subject to change without notice. Adoption fees are subject to PST (Provincial Sales Tax), which will be added at the time of adoption.
All BC SPCA cat/kitten/dog/puppy/rabbit adoptions include a microchip and lifetime registration with the BC Pet Registry.
Registration for lifetime protection is $45 for cats/kittens/dogs/puppies and $11.25 for rabbits, which will be added to the adoption fee. For more information please visit bcpetregistry.ca
