Meet Nanuq! This handsome fella is a 2.5 year old Maremma/Border Collie mix, searching for his forever home.

Nanuq’s mission in life: make as many friends as possible! He has been lucky enough to have spent his life so far in one home, with one owner, and now – he’s ready for his next and last home. This sweet boy wants an active, social life, and to share his handsome smile with as many other people and critters as possible!

Nanuq is a mix of two ambitious and energetic breeds, and his potential adopters will need to be prepared to provide him with tons of activity, stimulation, and exercise. He is intelligent, and has a good grasp on his basic commands, with lots of potential.

Nanuq is a VERY good boy, but nobody is perfect! He needs some work on his leash training, and can be a bit of a puller. He is not a fan of sharing food with other dogs, and would need to be fed separately. He is willing to share toys!

Nanuq appears to have an allergy to chicken, and will need to have his food intake monitored to avoid any flare ups.

Nanuq would thrive on a large property or farm, and would love if there are other animals around. Most importantly, he needs a stable home where he can get all of his needs met, and surpassed!
