Birdie was found on Seabird Island almost 4 weeks ago, badly injured after being hit by a car. A kind soul rushed her to the vet, and from that moment on, her journey toward healing and hope began. Now safe and after recovering in a loving foster home, Birdie is proving to be nothing short of remarkable.

Though still healing physically and emotionally, Birdie is showing signs of trust. She’s learning that gentle hands can bring comfort, and that warmth doesn’t always mean danger. It’s a work in progress, but at only 11 weeks old, this brave little girl has a lifetime ahead to learn what love truly feels like.
