Meet Splash, a mysterious beauty with striking black and white markings who found her way into our care as the third unclaimed stray of her kind this season. When she first arrived, Splash was affectionate and friendly during her intake exam, charming everyone she met.

However, since being placed in a room with other cats, her demeanor has changed-she’s become noticeably stressed and withdrawn. It’s clear that Splash is not a fan of feline roommates and would much prefer a home where she can be the one and only pet.

Her personality remains a bit of a mystery as we continue to get to know her, but we believe once she’s in a calm, quiet adult home where she can truly relax, her warm and friendly side will shine through again.

If you’re looking for a unique companion with a quiet charm and are willing to give her the space and patience she needs, Splash may just be the perfect match.

1. Visit our centre to meet this pet during viewing hours at 3202 Norland Ave, learn more about their ideal match and apply to adopt in person;

Our viewing/adoption hours are:
1pm-5pm Monday – Wednesday, Friday
1pm-4pm Weekends
Closed Thursday to the public.

2. Submit an online application adopt.spca.bc.ca and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit! Kindly note that due to the high number of applications and the availability of walk-in adoptions, an online applicant would have to be available to come in for a meet within 24 hrs.

*Side note: the more you add to your application about you and what you are looking for in a companion, the better we can match animals with adopters!
