Meet Nyala
Meet Nyala, a sweet, slightly sassy, and loving ginger lady who came to the SPCA when her previous guardian could sadly no longer keep her and the other cat in her home. Nyala is used to a quiet, adult home so would likely be happiest in a calm environment without children as she can be a little bit anxious of too much noise and action. Nyala loves attention and pets once she is comfortable. She needs a little time to settle into a new environment and learn to trust her new people. She needs a gentle, loving guardian who respects her boundaries and takes the time to get to know her. She will be a loving and loyal companion for that special someone. She lived with another cat before but we’re not sure how she would do with new animals. Nyala would need testing and proper, slow introductions to any animals.
Nyala is used to being an indoor only cat and should continue as such. Nyala has longer hair and will need a guardian who will help brush her regularly which she would enjoy. Could this special lady find a place in your heart and home?
Please come into the shelter during visiting hours if you would like to meet me. You can also submit an application online if I am in foster or you would like to save some time when you come visit. While we do welcome online applications, in person meets have top priority.
