Meet Katniss
Meet Katniss! This adorable ball of fluff came to the SPCA with her siblings, and now they are all looking for their fur-ever homes. Though Katniss has shorter fur than her brothers, adopters will still need to be prepared for the grooming her coat will require. They were raised from birth in their previous home, making them very comfortable and loving around people, used to being handled.
Katniss is a very inquisitive young bunny, she’s always keen to approach people and see what is going on. She’s very social, both with humans and her siblings. These babies all have a friendly disposition and may be able to live with other animals with proper introductions. They will make great additions to any family and would be great with kids who are aware of proper rabbit husbandry. Katniss likes to have attention as much as possible and will enjoy having people around who can spoil her because he deserves it.
Katniss and her siblings aren’t quite ready to be adopted yet, as they are waiting for their Spay and Neuter procedures, however Foster-With-Intent is an option for adopters while they await their appointments. Ask staff for more information.
If this bunny sounds like the gal for you, please fill out an application through the link below and provide photos of your intended set up to kamloops@spca.bc.ca.
