Meet Windy!
Windy was surrendered to the Sunshine Coast branch through no fault of her own, due to her previous owners having housing issues.
Windy is a sweet, sassy little lady! She has lots of energy, and LOVES to chase the wand toy!
Windy does not like other cats, and would be best suited to a home where she can be the the queen of the castle! Windy is ready to get out of the shelter system! She is not impressed by her roommates, and is quite excited about the prospect for going home with a new loving family!

3. If it’s a match, staff will contact you to set up an appointment for a meet & greet.

*Side note: the more you add to your application about you and what you are looking for in a feline companion, the better we can match animals with adopters!
PLEASE NOTE: This cat is located on the Sunshine Coast and travel via BC Ferries is required to adopt. Appointments are preferred to adopt one of our animals. Please speak with shelter staff prior to visiting our branch.

Sunshine Coast Adoption Fees
*Fees vary by location and are subject to change without notice. Adoption fees are subject to PST (Provincial Sales Tax), which will be added at the time of adoption.
All BC SPCA cat/kitten/dog/puppy/rabbit adoptions include a microchip and lifetime registration with the BC Pet Registry.
Registration for lifetime protection is $45 for cats/kittens/dogs/puppies and $11.25 for rabbits, which will be added to the adoption fee. For more information please visit bcpetregistry.ca
