Meet Georgie
Meet Georgie, a big-boned beauty with an even bigger heart! This affectionate and loving gal adores her humans and prefers not to be away from them for too long-she truly thrives on companionship.
Sadly, Georgie’s previous family showed their love through a few too many treats, which now shows in her waistline. Her new family should be ready to help her on a healthy weight loss journey, with appropriate portions, regular exercise, and lots of encouragement.
Georgie is a strong girl, both in spirit and on the leash. She’ll need a guardian who is physically capable and confident enough to continue her leash manners with some positive loose-leash training. She’s very enthusiastic and may try to jump up in her excitement, so mindfulness around greetings is important.
She seems curious about other dogs and may do well with slow, respectful introductions.
Georgie has so much love to give-and she’s ready to share it with a family who will help her be her healthiest, happiest self. Could that be you?
