Meet Mr. Fluffy!

This aptly named male is rather shy, and may need some extra TLC before he feels safe enough to show off his playful side. When Mr. Fluffy first arrived, he was extremely shut down and skeptical of everything. Fortunately, we were able to move him into foster care, where he’s since bloomed.

From our foster:

“Mr. Fluffy is skittish and needs some time to get used to new people and things. He will hiss when approached suddenly, but quickly settles down after some gentle talking and exchanging slow blinks. He will do well with someone who respects his boundaries and gives him time to settle. His favorite napping spots are small, covered spaces, and he would love a tunnel or enclosed cat bed. Mr. Fluffy is very playful! Chasing a string or hunting toys under a blanket are his favorite activities. He likes to be around his person and sniff them, but is not yet comfortable with hands on.”

Cat Pre-Adoption Questionnaire

The Victoria Center is open for in-person adoption viewings Tuesday through Sunday, 12pm to 4pm, staff and animal well-being permitting.

Some animals may not be viewable due to limited shelter space, medical and behavioral reasons, or other contributing factors. Kitten and puppy meet and greets are by application only. Phone inquires and emails regarding the status of your application cannot always be prioritized.
