Mango is a handsome boy with a bit of a shy side. He can be a little standoffish at first, and it may take some time for him to feel comfortable and trust his new family. Because of this, he would do best in a calm, quiet home where he can take things at his own pace. While Mango might not be the most outgoing right away, with patience and understanding, he has the potential to become a wonderful friend. Once he warms up, he’ll be sure to enjoy the love and care of his forever family. If you’re willing to give him the time he needs, Mango will make a loyal companion.

**We are requiring 2 meets before adoption**

For adoption applications:

1. Submit an online application and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit. Kindly note that due to the high number of applications, we will only be contacting suitable potential adopters to further review their interest.

2. Visit the Surrey BC SPCA at 16748 50 Ave, to meet Mango and learn more about his ideal match and apply to adopt in person.

If you are invited to meet Papaya please come prepared with a cat carrier as we do same-day adoptions if the meet goes well. We recommend being prepared with a litter bin, litter, food and water dishes, and toys before bringing your new family member home.
