Tommy is a very shy cat who is looking for a calm, patient home where he can settle in at his own pace. He thrives in a quiet environment with a predictable routine and a gentle, understanding adopter. Tommy came from a home with another cat, but unfortunately, they did not get along – so he may be happiest as the only pet in the home. While it may take a few meet and greets for Tommy to feel comfortable, he’s worth the wait. Once he starts to trust, he enjoys gentle pets and playing with a wand toy. With time, kindness, and consistency, Tommy has the potential to blossom into a wonderful companion.

1.) Visit our centre to meet this pet during adoption viewings Friday to Wednesday noon to 3pm, learn more about their ideal match, and apply to adopt in person; or

2.) Submit an online application adopt.spca.bc.ca and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit! Kindly note that due to the high number of applications and the availability of walk-in adoptions an online applicant would have to be available to come in for a meet within 24 hrs.
