Meet Murphy
Hey Chilliwack – Murphy’s in town! 🐾
And I’m on the hunt… for my forever person.
That’s right – I’ve just landed in beautiful Chilliwack, and let me tell you, it smells like adventure out here! I’m surrounded by towering mountains, rustling trees, and winding rivers – it’s a coonhound’s dream come true. Now all that’s missing… is you.
I’m Murphy, a classic coonhound with a big heart, an even bigger voice (yep, I sing when I’m excited, bored, or just want some love), and a nose that never quits. True to my breed, I thrive when I have a job to do. Scent work, tracking, exploring trails – that’s where I shine.
🔸 When my nose hits the ground, I’m bold and focused.
🔸 When I feel safe and connected to my people, I’m calm and content.
🔸 When I’m mentally stimulated and emotionally supported, I’m my very best self.
I’ll be honest – I can be a little shy when I first meet new people. I’m not looking for a loud or busy home, and I’d do best without young kids around. What I am looking for is a calm, patient, hound-savvy human who understands my quirks, appreciates my voice, and wants a loyal companion by their side.
Give me structure, affection, and room to explore – and I’ll give you my whole heart (and probably a few serenades too 🎶).
