Meet Chipmunk:
Chipmunk and her nine siblings came to the BC SPCA Kelowna because they were an accidental litter and their guardian was not prepared for such a huge undertaking. Of all the 10 puppies, Chipmunk is the only one left seeking her new family. She is quite perplexed as to why no one has picked her to be their best friend and family companion – something we are not able to answer. Other then the old saying: You save the best for last – perhaps. Her big ears will surely help her fly into your heart.
She is cute and adorable and will, no doubt, grow and develop into a wonderful family companion. Puppies require house training and leash training which is a big commitment of time, consistency and, patience. A commitment which will be rewarded ten-fold with a life-long loyal friend. Make no mistake, she is going to quickly grow into a large dog, so be prepared.
Walk-in’s are prioritized.
To meet Chipmunk, please fill out the pre-adoption questionnaire.
The Centre is open Tuesday – Saturday Noon to 4 pm (except for Stat Holidays).
We require photo ID for all adoptions.

Kelowna Adoption Fees
*Fees vary by location and are subject to change without notice. Adoption fees are subject to PST (Provincial Sales Tax), which will be added at the time of adoption.
All BC SPCA cat/kitten/dog/puppy/rabbit adoptions include a microchip and lifetime registration with the BC Pet Registry.
Registration for lifetime protection is $45 for cats/kittens/dogs/puppies and $11.25 for rabbits, which will be added to the adoption fee. For more information please visit bcpetregistry.ca
