Kairo is an rambunctious and spirited boy, full of personality and character. He has an undeniable love for playtime and can often be found happily tossing around his favorite toys with endless enthusiasm. While Kairo absolutely enjoys tasty treats and will eagerly accept them, he’s still warming up to the idea of cuddles and affection, and isn’t quite ready to dive into snuggle time just yet. He’s a bit reserved at the moment, so his new family will need to be patient and understanding as he adjusts to his new environment. It may take some time for Kairo to fully trust, but we have no doubt that once he feels secure, he’ll come out of his shell and become a loyal, fun-loving member of the family. With the right patience and a loving approach, Kairo is sure to thrive and show just how wonderful he can be. If you’re ready to offer him a little space and a lot of care, you’ll be rewarded with a playful, joyful companion.

**We are requiring 2 meets before adoption**

For adoption applications:

1. Submit an online application and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit. Kindly note that due to the high number of applications, we will only be contacting suitable potential adopters to further review their interest.

2. Visit the Surrey BC SPCA at 16748 50 Ave, to meet Kairo and learn more about their ideal match and apply to adopt in person.

If you are invited to meet Kairo please come prepared with a cat carrier as we do same-day adoptions if the meet goes well. We recommend being prepared with a litter bin, litter, food and water dishes, and toys before bringing your new family member home.
