Meet Happy *in Foster*

Add to favourites

Meet Happy, a sweet senior gentleman with a playful spirit that defies his age! True to his name, Happy brings a quiet joy to those around him. He’s lived his life in a calm, adult-only home with no other pets, and would be happiest in a similar serene environment where he can thrive.

Happy is a friendly and affectionate boy who enjoys head pets and gentle attention-just don’t expect him to enjoy being picked up. He’s a bit sensitive about being touched on his sides, but he’ll let you know with his gentle demeanor. Despite his age, Happy is still full of spunk and loves to play when the mood strikes!

Happy is on medication to manage his hyperthyroid, around $40 a month, so he’ll need a loving adopter who can support him through his golden years. If you’re looking for a loyal, quiet companion with a playful streak and lots of love to give, Happy might just be your perfect match. Here are ways to find out:

Submit an online application adopt.spca.bc.ca and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit!

*Side note: the more you add to your application about you and what you are looking for in a companion, the better we can match animals with adopters!
