Meet Bing Clawsby
Viewable in Shelter: Yes, free roaming in Cat Room 2.
Meet Bing Clawsby – a cat with a name as distinctive as his personality!
Recently returned through no fault of his own, Bing is an adult male with a calm, easygoing nature. He values his independence, and welcomes friendly interaction — just on his own terms. Bing would do best in a home without infants or small children, as he may occasionally hiss or swat if overstimulated.
We’re not sure how Bing feels about other cats or dogs, so he may do best as the only pet. With his mellow demeanor and independent spirit, Bing brings a quiet joy to any home. He’ll keep you company without being clingy, entertain you with his inquisitive ways, and offer warmth when it’s most needed.
Bing is ready to complete a home – could it be yours?

Keep your new family member safe and keep them inside! Consider investing in a catio or “cat-proofing” your balcony/deck. Leash-training, or letting your cat tag along in a pet backpack, are other safe options for outdoor-loving felines.

Thank you for your interest in adopting! Do you think you could be Bing’s person? Apply today!
TIP: We encourage all applicants to write a little bit about themselves when prompted. Leaving these questions empty inhibits our ability to make the best match possible, and effects the likelihood of receiving a call back.
The Victoria Center is open for in-person adoption viewings Tuesday through Sunday, 12pm to 4pm, staff and animal well-being permitting.
Some animals may not be viewable due to limited shelter space, medical and behavioral reasons, or other contributing factors. Kitten and puppy meet and greets are by application only.
Due to the high number of applications, we will ONLY be following-up with the chosen adopter. If you do not hear back within a week, it’s likely the animal has already found a forever home. Phone inquires and emails regarding the status of your application cannot always be prioritized.
