Meet Goober!

Goober’s name really sums him up… he’s just a goofy goober! This lovable boy has a heart of gold and a charming personality, so he’s impossible not to love!

We aren’t sure on Goober’s breed mix, he is a moderately energetic fella, and while he loves to go for a good long walk or romp around the field, his favourite thing is to lay around and have a good cuddle.

Goober has enjoyed a few too many treats, so he’s currently on a weight loss plan. He’ll need to follow this for a couple months until he reaches a healthy weight. He can get really excited at times, so he’s currently learning not to jump up and pull on leash.

Mr. Goob is a simple man, he wants happy, stable home filled with love, treats (but not too many…), and toys! He is better suited for a home with no small kids, given his size and excitability.

Our viewing/adoption hours are:
1pm-5pm Monday – Wednesday, Friday
1pm-4pm Weekends
Thursday closed to the public.

Submit an online application adopt.spca.bc.ca and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit! Kindly note that due to the high number of applications and the availability of walk-in adoptions, an online applicant
You would have to be available to come in for a meet within 24 hrs.

*Side note: the more you add to your application about you and what you are looking for in a companion, the better we can match animals with adopters!
