Meet Floppy!

Floppy is a big, lovable dog who brings a lot of joy to everyone around him. He’s the kind of dog who hears footsteps and immediately perks up, ready to make a new friend. If you’re walking by, don’t be surprised if he trots over with a toy in his mouth, tail wagging, fully expecting you to join in. Playing isn’t optional in Floppy’s world, he’ll rope you in whether you’re ready or not.

He’s full of personality and always finding new ways to make people laugh, whether it’s squeezing himself into a lap that’s clearly too small or tossing his toys around just to get a reaction. He loves being outdoors and is happiest when he’s exploring new places, sniffing around, or just hanging out in the sun.

Floppy does have some ongoing skin issues and will likely need to stay on a specialized diet to stay comfortable, but he takes it all in stride. He’s impossible not to love and even harder to ignore. Once you meet him, you’ll understand why.

Dog Pre-Adoption Questionnaire

The Victoria Center is open for in-person adoption viewings Tuesday through Sunday, 12pm to 4pm, staff and animal well-being permitting!

Some animals may not be viewable due to limited shelter space, medical and behavioral reasons, or other contributing factors. Kitten and puppy meet and greets are by application only. Phone inquires and emails regarding the status of your application cannot always be prioritized.

Animals cannot be held for potential adopters for more than 24 hours without a legitimate reason.
