Meet the charming Miss Chela!
It’s not every day we get to care for an international traveler, but Chela was so loved by her previous guardian who passed, that she’s even traveled overseas!
When it comes to crate training, Chela is an expert! She loves her kennel. She is also harness trained, which is quite impressive!
Chela isn’t the best fit for a home with young children. She would be happiest in a calm, adult-only household where she can enjoy the company of someone who doesn’t need to constantly pick her up. Once Chela bonds with you, she’ll be your biggest fan, but it does take her some time to warm up to new people and relationships. Her new person is going to need some patience while Chela navigates the start of a different life.

*Fees vary by location and are subject to change without notice. Adoption fees are subject to PST (Provincial Sales Tax), which will be added at the time of adoption.
All BC SPCA cat/kitten/dog/puppy/rabbit adoptions include a microchip and lifetime registration with the BC Pet Registry.
