Emmy is a sweet, friendly, and curious pup with so much love to give! While she can be a little wary of new people at first, she warms up very quickly! Emmy does love to play with other dogs! She may do well having dog friends but would also love to have the spotlight all on her in her forever home.

Emmy is a very smart girl! She knows “sit”, “down”, “shake”, “roll over” and is skilled at catching treats!

This sweet girl is also still learning her good manners. She will need her future family to offer guidance with 4 paws on the floor as she can be jumpy when excited. We have already seen excellent improvements in her leash training while in care! She heels and does not pull on the leash!

Because Emmy can be fearful of some fast movements and loud noises, she would do best in a home without small children. With time, care, and love, Emmy will blossom into the happy and comfortable pup she’s meant to be!

Please note that staff are unable to do dog meets on a walk-in basis. To secure an appointment to meet Emmy or any of our other dogs, we kindly ask that you submit an online application. From there, staff will reach out to set up an appointment if you are the approved applicant.
