Sunny has recently come to Burnaby from Dawson Creek and would thrive in a quieter, more spacious environment. We think living downtown in a condo would be too stressful for him.

Sunny has a voice and isn’t shy about using it-he’s always happy to share his thoughts and let you know when he’s eager for some attention! He’s full of life and love, always ready to bring joy and companionship to those around him. He walks very well on leash and loves meeting new people. He would do best as the only dog in the home, as he is selective about other dogs and doesn’t want to share his space. If you’re looking for a vibrant, affectionate dog to join your home, Sunny might just be the perfect fit for you!

Visit our centre to meet this pet during viewing hours at 3202 Norland Ave, learn more about their ideal match and apply to adopt in person; or

Submit an online application adopt.spca.bc.ca and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit! Kindly note that due to the high number of applications and the availability of walk-in adoptions, an online applicant
You would have to be available to come in for a meet within 24 hrs

*Side note: the more you add to your application about you and what you are looking for in a companion, the better we can match animals with adopters!

1pm-5pm Monday – Wednesday, Friday
1pm-4pm Weekends
Thursday closed to the public.
