True to his name, Velcro is a super affectionate 1.5 year-old tuxedo cat who sticks close to his favourite people! He loves pets, leans in for attention, and rewards you with happy purrs, but he prefers to keep all four paws on the ground (he really doesn’t like being picked up).

Velcro is an easygoing guy who enjoys lounging on soft blankets, playing with toys, and scratching on cardboard scratchers. He’s also very food-motivated and will happily chat with you, especially around mealtime!

While he seems curious and friendly toward other cats at the shelter, he has a history of not always getting along with other felines when he was a stray. He may do best as a solo cat or with careful introductions to the right feline friend.

If it’s a good match the adoption will be finalized and your new feline friend can go home with you!
