Meet Thyme! Thyme is a 3 month old German Shepherd/Cane Corso mix, searching for his forever home.
Thyme is a lively and energetic pup who is always ready for an adventure! With a playful spirit and boundless enthusiasm, Thyme is the perfect companion for an active family looking to add a burst of joy and excitement to their lives. This spirited little pup loves to run, jump, and explore, and he is eager to learn new tricks and games. Thyme is at the age where training and routine are critical, so he needs the consistency, patience and love of his new guardian to show him the ways of developing into a mature and fulfilled adult dog. Adopters are encouraged to attend puppy obedience classes, but the basics are a must – leash training, socializing with people and other dogs, and, of course, house training.
Thyme won’t be a puppy forever, and as he grows, there are some important things to keep in mind about his breed. Thyme is presumed to be a German Shepherd/Cane Corso mix, however we cannot guarantee this is 100% accurate without a DNA test.
Both breeds in this mix are large dogs, and a potential adopter should be prepared for him to grow quite large. Shepherds are very intelligent dogs that require a lot of training, stimulation, and exercise. Both Shepherds and Corsos bond deeply with their family, and can be standoffish when meeting strangers. Socializing with both people and other dogs will be very valuable in his development.

*Fees vary by location and are subject to change without notice. Adoption fees are subject to PST (Provincial Sales Tax), which will be added at the time of adoption.
All BC SPCA cat/kitten/dog/puppy/rabbit adoptions include a microchip and lifetime registration with the BC Pet Registry.
Registration for lifetime protection is $45 for cats/kittens/dogs/puppies and $11.25 for rabbits, which will be added to the adoption fee. For more information please visit bcpetregistry.ca
