Meet Kona!
Kona came into our care when her past owner could no longer care for her. She has spent some time adjusting to shelter life, and is now coming out of her shell and is ready to show you her big personality!
She has grown to be very affectionate with our staff and volunteers! She comes to greet us in the morning with head rubs and puurrrring. She loves to be talked to and will melt with compliments about how beautiful and perfect she is. While she might take a week or so to adjust in a new home, we feel that with a little patience she will be great companion.
Kona does not enjoy the company of other animals. We feel she would be best suited to a home where she is the centre of attention, and there are no other furry friends around. We have found that she likes the quiet life, and for this reason we are looking for an adult only home for her.

*Fees vary by location and are subject to change without notice. Adoption fees are subject to PST (Provincial Sales Tax), which will be added at the time of adoption.
All BC SPCA cat/kitten/dog/puppy/rabbit adoptions include a microchip and lifetime registration with the BC Pet Registry.
Registration for lifetime protection is $45 for cats/kittens/dogs/puppies and $11.25 for rabbits, which will be added to the adoption fee. For more information please visit bcpetregistry.ca
