Meet Daisy, a 1-year-old female Dachshund mix. We are pretty sure she has some Jack Russell Terrier in her too!

Daisy is the definition of playful-her zippy zoomies, silly antics, and love for fetch in the yard will keep you entertained for hours. After she’s burned off some steam, she’s all about snuggles and affection, curling up by your side to recharge. She thrives on routine, enrichment, and having a job to do-whether it’s sniffing out the latest smells on a walk, solving a puzzle feeder, or mastering crate time for tasty treats.

She’s currently working on building confidence in the shelter environment and can be reactive to other animals, so she’ll need a home where she’s the only pet. Walks during quieter hours and in less busy areas will help her stay focused and relaxed.

Daisy is a one-of-a-kind pup who’s eager to bond deeply with someone who understands her needs and celebrates her quirky, loving personality. If you’ve got the time, patience, and energy to keep up with her, she just might be your perfect match.
