Lovely Oakley is an affectionate girl eagerly anticipating a new life with her forever family. She is looking for a home that will welcome her and let her know that her world is now a stable and safe place. While she has some initial fear, it doesn’t take long before her innate sweetness shines through. Oakley would make a great companion dog for a family that has children who are tweens and up, an active couple, or her special someone to bond with one-on-one. We do not know her experiences with cats but she seems pretty game to give them a chase, so might be best in a no-cat home.

In the time that Oakley has been with us, she’s come a long way and is now comfortable showing her bouncy side, and is primed to continue with a consistent routine that will help teach her boundaries and manners.

Oakley would thrive in an active lifestyle with plenty of exercise, toys and snuggles.
