While we don’t know this “mutt-tacular” girl’s exact lineage, we think she best resembles a mix of Italian Greyhound, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and Shepherd.

Riley Ray needs an experienced owner who can help her continue building confidence. She’s full of enthusiasm and energy, but she’s also learning how to express herself in a more gentle way. Because of this, we don’t feel she would be suitable for a home with young children.

In her foster home, Riley has made incredible progress. She is already 90% house-trained, fully crate-trained, and is proving to be an excellent companion. She has mastered “sit,” “come,” and “stay,” and when she’s inside, she enjoys lounging on the couch, quietly soaking in the environment. Outside, she plays with enthusiasm, especially with her foster family’s dog.

Riley Ray has also been improving on her leash manners and is learning to walk in tandem with another dog. She’s great at meeting new dogs and people.
