Meet Carlos!

Carlos is a 7-year-old dog with the heart of a puppy. He’s full of energy and loves playing with his toys and spending time with his humans. He’s also a fan of the outdoors and enjoys going for walks, making him the perfect companion for an active home. This big boy greets you every morning bouncing on his tip toes and wagging his tail, and he loves to go for a “sniffari” to take in the scents of the world.

Carlos can be selective and reactive around other dogs, so he would do best as the only pet in the household. He’s a big fan of food, but unfortunately, he does have some allergies. Thankfully, with a specialized hypoallergenic diet and medication, his allergies are now well-managed, and we’re hopeful that with the right diet, he may no longer need medication in the future.

If you’re looking for a fun-loving, playful dog who’s eager to bond with his people, Carlos might just be the perfect match!

Please come into the shelter during visiting hours if you would like to meet me. You can also submit an application online if I am in foster or you would like to save some time when you come visit. While we do welcome online applications, in person meets have top priority.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 12-5
Thursday, Public Holidays: closed
Saturday, Sunday: 12-4
