Meet Rhino!

Rhino is a 4-year-old Cane Corso searching for his fur-ever home! This big fella might look intimidating at first, but behind his size, he’s truly a big love bug! While he can be a bit shy and uncertain when meeting new people, once he lets his guard down, he’s an affectionate and loyal boy.

This big boy is smart and eager to please, making him a treat-motivated learner who’s excited to show off all his tricks. Whether he’s running through the fields or chasing after toys, Rhino loves to burn off energy. But when playtime is over, he’s just as happy to relax on his bed and enjoy some good cuddles.

Rhino has lived with other dogs before and would likely be alright with another dog with slow, careful introductions. He is particular about which other dogs he likes, and he prefers to be friends with females. He can be apprehensive of men, and needs a bit extra time and space to feel comfortable.

Rhino’s ideal guardian would have experience with large, assertive breeds, confidence to set boundaries, and provide a structured, stable environment to help him thrive. It’s important for him to go to a home with someone who is capable of handling his strength, and size, as well as provide the mental and physical enrichment he requires.
