Meet Violet and Eleanor! This shy sister pair is searching for an experienced, adult-only home where patience and love can help them thrive. Violet, a blend of brown with white and orange, and Eleanor, mostly white with dark grey splashes, are as beautiful as they are timid.
These young girls are not suited for first-time guinea pig owners or homes with small children as primary caregivers. Due to limited early interaction, they’re very skittish and will need a dedicated family to gently build their trust and confidence.
Due to their specific needs, we will only be accepting applicants over the age of 19. If you have experience with nervous guinea pigs and are ready to put in the time and care to help these sisters feel safe, they can’t wait to meet you!
To begin the adoption process for our small animals, please fill out the pre-adoption questionnaire below. Be as detailed as possible, and keep in mind that an enclosure photo will be required after we receive your form submission. Remember to keep an eye on your inbox, including the junk folder, to ensure you don’t miss any emails from us about your adoption application.

*Fees vary by location and are subject to change without notice. Adoption fees are subject to PST (Provincial Sales Tax), which will be added at the time of adoption.
All BC SPCA cat/kitten/dog/puppy/rabbit adoptions include a microchip and lifetime registration with the BC Pet Registry.
Registration for lifetime protection is $45 for cats/kittens/dogs/puppies and $11.25 for rabbits, which will be added to the adoption fee. For more information please visit bcpetregistry.ca
