Meet Pinto, a sweet and affectionate boy who’s ready to find his forever home! Pinto absolutely loves to be pet and will happily plop down at your feet for some love and attention. He prefers to spend his days gazing out the window, soaking up the sunshine, and taking long, sprawled-out naps. His favourite thing in the world is having his lower back scratched-it’s the quickest way to his heart!

Pinto is a very chill cat who enjoys being brushed and doesn’t shed much. He isn’t very vocal, but you’ll occasionally hear his soft, sweet meow. Pinto doesn’t scratch furniture or wake you up early for breakfast; instead, he patiently waits for you to get up and warmly greets you. He has excellent litter box habits and is a great eater, making him a well-mannered companion.

Pinto isn’t fond of being picked up, and he will let you know this rather quickly. Growing up with limited human interaction, he finds it a bit scary. He is otherwise very easygoing, but he would probably be best suited for a home without young children who may not understand his boundaries.

If you are invited to meet Pinto, please come prepared with a cat carrier as we do same-day adoptions if the meet goes well. We recommend being prepared with a litter bin, litter, food and water dishes, and toys before bringing your new family member home.
