Meet Lolo
Meet Elel and Lolo, two bonded budgies who are best friends and inseparable companions. At 5 years old, they’ve spent their entire lives together, filling the air with their cheerful chirps. Sadly, they were surrendered because their owner could no longer care for them.
Lolo has a big challenge ahead-literally. She’s severely obese and desperately needs to lose weight. It’s crucial that her new family refrains from feeding her seeds, millet, honey sticks, or any unhealthy treats, as she’s at serious risk of developing, or may already have, fatty liver disease. Exercise is a must for Lolo, though it’s tough for her; when she tries to fly, she lands with a big thud.
Elel and Lolo share a strong bond and would love to find a home where they can stay together, bringing twice the joy and companionship to their new family.

*Fees vary by location and are subject to change without notice. Adoption fees are subject to PST (Provincial Sales Tax), which will be added at the time of adoption.
All BC SPCA cat/kitten/dog/puppy/rabbit adoptions include a microchip and lifetime registration with the BC Pet Registry.
Registration for lifetime protection is $45 for cats/kittens/dogs/puppies and $11.25 for rabbits, which will be added to the adoption fee. For more information please visit bcpetregistry.ca
