Meet Smokey!

Smokey is one of over 200 cats that came into our care from a home in Northern BC. He’s a 6-month-old kitten with a personality all his own! While he’s not a fan of being cuddled or held, he loves sitting close by to keep you company. Smokey has a playful side and can sometimes scratch furniture, but with a little guidance, he’ll happily use a scratching post instead. He’s food-motivated, making him easy to train, and he’s great with people. Smokey also did well in his foster home with a dog!

She will be booked for her spay surgery in Coquitlam (date TBA) so her new family will be picking her up as a “foster to adopt” and taking care of her until then.

If Smokey sounds like the purr-fect addition to your home:
1. Come visit during adoption hours (1-4pm Fri-Tues)
2. Speak with one of our adoption counsellors to determine if it’s a good match
3. We’ll review instructions then you’ll be able to take your new feline friend home!
