Meet Pluto, a resilient Lionhead rabbit who has faced incredible challenges and is now looking for a fresh start. Recently, we discovered that Pluto is vision-impaired, but she doesn’t let being blind hold her back from enjoying life to the fullest. This special girl will need a loving home where her unique needs are understood.

Pluto came into our care through Animal Protection Services after being abandoned and spending years confined to a poor-quality hutch. The boredom led to cage biting, which caused square indents in her teeth. Fortunately, with a proper diet and the freedom to roam, her teeth will gradually improve.

Spayed, vaccinated, and healthy, Pluto has had some tough experiences with a previous bonded mate, so we’re unsure if she is ready to share her space with another rabbit. What she needs most now is a forever home where she’ll be adored and never have to struggle again.
