Meet Mothra, a majestic and affectionate 2-year-old female Mastiff with a heart just as massive as she is! With her bewitching personality, you cannot help but to be put under her spell of love. Mothra was recently surrendered to our shelter and is now searching for a home in which to be spoiled and worshiped like the Queen she is!

Mothra is a sweet lady who adores cuddles and is always eager to shower you with slobbery kisses. She is a strong-willed lady who knows what she wants! This stubborn dog has a mind of her own and isn’t afraid to show it, especially when on a walk. Mothra pulls hard on the leash, so a strong, confident handler with experience is a must. However, there’s a sweet side to this determined dog! Her loyal and benevolent nature make her a wonderful guardian who will be devoted to her family, however, because of her size, she is best suited to a home without any small children.

Mastiffs have a tendency to be suspicious of strangers and are protective of their humans and perceived territory, so it is important that they be well socialized and receive thorough obedience training.

With patience, consistency, and a pocket full of treats, Ms. Moth has the potential to be a great walking companion. If you’re up for the challenge and ready to bond over some tasty rewards, Mothra might just be the perfect match for you!
