Meet Dennis

Add to favourites

Meet Dennis, a sweet and sensitive soul who is still adjusting to life at the shelter. In his previous home, Dennis discovered the joy of human affection, and now he craves it constantly. This gentle cat becomes upset when he’s not being petted or when his human needs to step away, often trying to hold on to you to keep the cuddles going. His shyness is paired with a deep desire for companionship, making him incredibly loyal once he feels safe and secure.

Dennis isn’t a fan of sudden or loud movements, so a calm, quiet home without small children would be ideal for him. He thrives in a peaceful environment where he can feel relaxed and loved. If you have a serene space and lots of love to give, Dennis might just be the perfect furry friend to complete your family.

Do you think you could be Dennis’ person? Here are some ways to find out:

1.) Visit our centre to meet this pet during adoption viewings Friday to Tuesday noon to 3pm, learn more about their ideal match, and apply to adopt in person; or

2.) Submit an online application adopt.spca.bc.ca and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit! Kindly note that due to the high number of applications and the availability of walk-in adoptions an online applicant would have to be available to come in for a meet within 24 hrs.
