Meet Dolly – a sweet, laid-back lady who is looking for a loving, low stress home where she can finally relax and enjoy the rest of her life. She may be reserved at first, but she melts into cheek scratches from those she trusts at any opportunity. Dolly was brought in as a stray to the Kamloops SPCA, so we don’t know much about her history, but it was clear she had been living outside for quite some time. After receiving some TLC, she’s now looking to strike out on her own and find a quiet home to spend her retirement.

Dolly loves to curl up on the softest blanket she can find. She would love to sit back and watch the world go by through the safety of a big window or catio area. We are not sure how she would do in a home with other animals, but she may be able to get used to cat-savvy children who respect her boundaries.

This sweet senior is currently awaiting a dental surgery and is not quite ready to be adopted yet, however, Foster-To-Adopt could be an option for local adopters.
